Exercise can positively impact your learning and overall mental health by bringing energy and brightness to the day. When you exercise, you get your body moving and your heart pumping. This can make a person feel much more awake and alert, helping them to pay attention in any class. Exercise is also recommended to people with depression, as it can up motivation, alertness, and overall self-esteem.

a problem could be dealing witj emotional stress..all of these factors contribute to emotional stress.
