what a person with that job actually does all-day

the education required for that position

the starting salary range the skills needed (such as technological skills)

When you have gathered that information, create a poster designed to educate people about that position, and attract them to the profession. Your poster should be visually appealing while providing the required information as well as any other details you learn in your research that would make the profession attractive to students.
