5.sue is always cramming to hand in an assignment or take an exam. what time management advice would sue?

Sue should not only work with time, but also by managing her work tasks. Especially in exams, it is best to start with easier problems that require less calculation or thinking. She should not dedicate too much of her time on one problem. Skip it, continue with the rest of the items, then come back to it when she has extra time.
