What percentage of texas prison inmates have been convicted of drug offenses?

In the State of Texas over 18% of all inmates have been convicted of Drug offenses.

According to reports over 114 of these inmates are serving life sentences with some convicted of possessing 1-4 gms of drugs.

Many law markers believe that these people are serving long prison sentences for relatively minor offenses.

It could be anything, recent improvements in technology/telecommunication/internet have increased the pace of globalization.generally, it has something to do with technology. globalization means that people around the world are brought together through technology which speeds things up. so maybe some of those options could be correct. : )
