Explanation: The reason why they settled there is probably because there is a 30-50% of trees covering the area. The reason they would be there is because there are enough trees to use to be able to build structures and repopulate, but there also are not too many that it makes it nearly impossible to live there. There are also a bunch of more reasons of why they personally moved there.
