Qualitative Research is research that is based on the observation and  interpretation of the investigator by his or her  understanding of different reasons and opinions  and not measured. Even though much more less structured than Quantitative,  it helps to decipher changing  trends in thought and opinions, and delve deeper into the problem. Qualitative data collection methods include focus groups or discussion individual interviews, and participatory observations. The respondents for this research are relatively small and selected per research.

Quantitative Research is  descriptive and used to quantify the problem by way of generating and   gathering random data which can be transformed into  analysed statistics. It is used in analyzing  attitudes, opinions, behaviors, and other variables and obtaining results from a wide sample population. it helps   to formulate facts and uncover patterns in research using data that can be measured. The  collection methods  here are more structured and the collection methods include different  forms of surveys ( online or direct ) interviews , polls and systematic observations.
