On the other hand, the region where this Empire was stablish was dominated by cultures that practiced Hinduism. Nevertheless, the Turks, who had already been influenced by Persians (who at the same time had been influenced by Arabs), practiced Islam. So that, although leaders as Tamerland and Babur where Muslims, their troops practiced different religions; among them, Hinduism.
