Apulling force is called what?

There is no special name for that. Physics is usually just concerned with "forces", and doesn't specify whether the force pushes or pulls. If you want to be more specific, you can just call it a "pulling force".

What i think the pulling forced called is , balanced force. 

When a passenger is in the car on a turn. they will most likely slide twords the door. this is because gravity is giving a pushing force twords the way it is turning. this force also acts upon the passenger, causing them to move.
