A billiard ball of mass 1.5 kg is moving in the +y-direction at 2.0 m/s and collides with a second billiard ball of mass 2.5 kg moving along in the –x-direction at 2.2 m/s. They collide. After the collision, the 1.5 kg ball moves at an angle of 50 degrees below the –x-axis and the 2.5 kg ball moves at an angle of 40 degrees above the –x-axis. Find the speed of each ball after the collision.
