the sports car.  But here's how to answer the question on your own:

       Acceleration = (change in speed) divided by (time for the change)
and
       Change in speed  =  (end speed) minus (start speed)

So, the garbage truck's acceleration is ...

                                   (100 km/hr - 0)  /  (10 sec)

                               =      10 km/hr  per second .

Calculate the acceleration of the sports car the same way,
and then you can compare them.
