Rounding to 4.7 whole number

If the number behind the decimal is 5 or higher then the whole number rounds up one number. If the number behind the decimal is below 5 then the whole number would stay the same, just without the number behind the decimal point. So because 7 is above 5, we are going to add one to the whole number so...4+1=5
So your number rounded would be 5:D
