Minah Sayang is a very popular singer and has been making millions of dollars for every show she performed. She appointed her sister, Bibi Cantik as her manager and entered into a recording contract with Best Recording Sdn Bhd since 2017 until 2019 due to the influence of Bibi Cantik. After few misundestanding between Minah Sayang and her sister, Minah Sayang wished to sue Bibi Cantik for undue influence since she lost her childhood lives due to massive involvement in the music industry ever since she was ten years old. She also wished to claim all income from the show and the royalty from the sale of records which was credited to Bibi Cantek’s and Minah Sayang’s joint account at Bank Kaya. Minah Sayang also claimed that Bibi Cantik had deprived her childhood as she had not been a normal person since she became a singer. Minah Sayang has been in and out of the hospital for anorexic treatment and also suffering from an acute depression due to her popularity.

Bibi Cantik disagreed with Minah Sayang’s action and engaged a lawyer to defend her on the allegation made by Minah Sayang. Bibi Cantik claimed that all the decisions made were all in Minah Sayang’s best interest and security for her future.

Advise Minah Sayang whether she can use undue influence as a ground to take legal actions against Bibi Cantek and claim all the money in the joint account at Bank Kaya.
