To what degree should the Supreme Court of the United States interpret the U. S. Constitution? What is judicial restraint and judicial activism? Which is the most preferred method, for federal justices and judges? Should judges merely apply the law based off precedence only, or should the judges interpret law during the application of law to specific cases? Why or Why not?
