The Revolutionary war was revolutionary in its ideas. It showed that people will fight for what they think is right and that's what the colonist did. It showed just because the colonist weren't very high in the social class they still beat the strongest army in the world at the time, it also showed that colonist could eventually get along with the Natives of the land
