I would look at it, are people wearing jelwey, are there EVEN PEOPLE in the picture? If so, what are they doing? Where are they? At home? The park? And what can you tell about them? Are they sad, happy, mad...  And based on these questions, what do you think the artist or photographer was trying to show you? What can you say or guess about the picture? Maybe you guess that this picture was taken at nightime,  beacuse bthe colors out the window help you infer that.
