What Do I Have to Do?
You should now be an expert on the struggles of the early U. S. government! Imagine it is 1787, and you receive this urgent message from the Constitutional Convention. Your task is to write a response to the convention delegates to help solve their problem.

In your response, be sure to include all the following parts:
