If we refer to the Western Roman Empire, it lasted for about another hundred years after Constantine's death, more precisely until 476 AD, when the Roman Empire was conquered by the German ruler Odovacar (Odoacer, Odoacere) and thus the Western Roman Empire ceased to exist or fell under barbaric rule. The Eastern Roman Empire or known as Byzantium existed for about another thousand years, more precisely until 1453, and the fall of Constantinople.
