Describe how gender, age, diet, and environment affect hydration status.

Female: When you get older in senior years, you would need to stay fit, and eat more healthier foods such as, apples, oranges, veggies, and protein. But men need the protein the most in order for there muscles to linger and be useful. 

Male: Like female, need to stay fit when you 50 years or older. then Stay fit and drink lots of water. As well as for the female. Eat more healthier foods and need more protein than woman do because they have more muscles than women do.
