Is there a link between stress and illness? Use in your own words.

When you are ill, you feel weak and stressed out. you feel stressed because you can't do all the daily things you'd always do, so you feel weak and stressed do to this. Stress and Illnesses are linked because of these reasons, and you can also feel stressed because of the symptoms, like if you have pain when you're ill, or throwup alot, it can stress you out.
