Your friend gets chosen to play on the school soccer team, but you do not. as a result, you begin to feel jealous. what might a jealous reaction be toward your friend if it is not controlled? what is a healthier way of reacting?

A jealous reaction would be to not talk or hang out with that person anymore. In extreme cases, human nature tells them to try to get the other person off the team. A healthier way would be to congratulate that person, and I guarantee you, your friend will feel that you are by his side and is supporting him and he will try and make attempts to hang out with you a bit more!
