Digestion is the transformation of food into assimilable substances, carried out in the digestive or digestive system, by two types of processes: mechanical (performed with chewing, swallowing) and chemical (where food is broken down into smaller particles thanks to the action of enzymes present in the digestive juice, undergoing changes in its chemical composition).

an individual orientation is preferred for learning and problem solving.

speed is valued. how efficiently something is learned is important.
