Everyone feels down at times. The breakup of a relationship or a bad grade can lead to low mood. Sometimes sadness comes on for no apparent reason. Is there any difference between these shifting moods and what is called depression? Anyone who has experienced an episode of depression would probably answer yes.

If you know anyone suffering from depression & you notice how their mood has been much happier recently. they need help asap, the decision for one person to kill themselves can send them into such a happy mood, euphoric even. people will see them as finally being happy but in reality they’re happy about their decision to end their life. pls look out for that. also if you find someone starting to distant themselves, people also emotionally disconnect so they don’t feel bad about doing. no matter what just reach out to someone.
