Bicameral is your answer. the united states also has this set up--think the prefix "bi," which means two. there are two different chambers of congress (the house and the senate), so the body as a whole would be referred to as bicameral. similarly, "unicameral" would mean a single body of congress. a unitary government (a popular form of ruling used in france and many other states) makes the central government the supreme ruler. a federal government, as in the united states, shares powers between the federal government and the states.
