You go to you profile, and click edit and you should see something that says change pfp and pic a photo and click change and it should say pfp has been changed

You click the right top corner of your page, a little drop-down box will come, click edit profile, then click edit profile photo. And add your photo within range of the limited pixels

That should work, thats how I do it :3
