Since I'm of young age people normally doubt me and the knowledge I hold because I am young people doubt I know what I like for example I'm a Lesbian so my parents and other adults always tell me I don't know so something I've noticed is adults are skeptical of children knowing what they want even if the child may be very mature. As you age people take you more seriously since you have more experience and have grown out of puberty which means you're usually a mess. So that's what I noticed.
