The writer wants to edit the underlined portion of the paragraph below to eliminate a logical fallacy. Cell reception in some parts of the country is not as reliable as it should be. I recently visited a small town in Tennessee where there is no cell reception at all. This town is pretty typical of most small towns in the state, so if they don't have cell reception, then most other rural towns in Tennessee must not either. Installing more towers in more rural areas will help the people of the state and other states facing the same problem improve communication among citizens.

Which version of the text best accomplishes this goal?

Group of answer choices

A. As it is now

B. In fact, according to a 2018 study on cell service, approximately 23% of people living more than 100 miles outside of Tennessee's major cities have unreliable cell reception.

C. In fact, people often say that most of the towns more than 100 miles outside of Tennessee's major cities have unreliable cell reception.

D. In fact, there have been many articles written about the poor cell service in some of Tennessee's more mountainous towns.
