example: i'm a dancer and a singer, and i travel around the world to
perform in musicals, do shows in las vegas, and solo performances
a personal trainer works with me to keep me fit, and i only eat healthy
food. i go to voice training and dancing lessons every day when i'm not
getting ready for a performance. then, there are a lot of rehearsals!
after the show each night, i get home very late. it is sometimes hard to
sleep, so i go to parties to wind down, then i read in bed for awhile. i
always rest the day after, and then my practice routine starts again
