What, in your opinion, makes a college course more challenging than a high school level one? paragraph

For what I think is that college is more accelerated than high school. Lessons are harder in college than high school too. Most of them you never encountered it in high school. I would say, college is more detailed yet restrain than high school. Because college focuses on one thing/course. For Example, taking in medical field, the focus on that field is healthcare which is more on biology, anatomy and chemisitry. And your majors or main classes depends on what branch in medical field or other courses maybe in Humanities that you are taking,
