First reaction: Eating healthy foods.

Interested: It is about how what we eat can help or hinder our bodies.

Know: Nutrition means the process of obtaining or providing the food necessary for health and growth. It is known that if you eat junk food all day, that you will probably have bad health.

Conversation: I watched a video that said that eating a healthy diet will help you to reverse aging, more than eating anything that is unhealthy. Mountain Dew has the most amount of sugar content in it than all other sodas.

Discussion: What foods do we eat that could have more of a negative effect than a positive one?

I know it is important, but at the same time, it feels boring.

I have some interest considering that I'd love to know how to be healthier while eating things that are very tasteful.

Not much, but enough to avoid eating a lot of fast food and other things that are obviously bad for you.

It doesn't, really. Besides the fact that I wish I was able to eat tasty healthier food.

I have a friend who is a personal trainer and she is constantly condemning one thing or another that I eat when we have lunch together. Last time he was complaining about my french fries.

Most likely anything regarding biology or health. It surely depends on your take about the subject.
