Sulfur dioxide, SO2, is used as a preservative in wine. The sulfur dioxide content of a wine can be found by titration. A chemist found that 25.0 cm
of a sample of wine reacted with exactly 15.00 cm of 0.0010 mol/dm² aqueous iodine, 12(aq).
The equation for the reaction is
SO2(aq) + I2aq) + 2H2O(l) + SO42 (aq) + 21 (aq) + 4H+(aq)
