A contains 0.25mole of HCl per 250cm3 of solution. B is a solution of Na2CO3
In a titration experiment 25cm3 of B required 23.50cm3 of A for complete reaction a. Calculate:
i. Concentration of B in mol/dm3
ii. Number of sodium ion that would be present in 1dm3 of solution B
iii. Mass of Na2CO3 that will be required to prepare 200cm3of solution B
(Na = 23, O = 16, Avogadro Number = 6.02 x 1023)
iv. Name the suitable indicator for the titration and the colour at the end of the of the titration
v. Describe briefly how water can be obtained from the titration mixture
