Based on Kinetic theory of gases we have, 

Kinetic Energy = 3/2 kb T

where, kb = Boltzmann constant
T = Temperature.

From above equation, it can be seen that kinetic energy of gases is dependent on temperature. Hence, with the increase in temperature of oxygen, kinetic energy of oxygen will increase.
