Your company would like to provide information and support to women who have innovative product or business ideas, but are unaware on how to start their own business or market their products. The Human Resources Director has asked you to serve on the committee. In the example given it is necessary for the company to provide information and training to those women with innovative ideas and help them in starting up their own business. So, the HR has advised the serve on the committed with the knowledge of minority-and women-owned businesses.

According to me these are some of the suggestions that can be given that are more effective in helping those women. These suggestions includes, offering classes that deals with leadership qualities, how to develop it and management concepts to those women., Partnering with female small business owners so that he guide them about the pros and cons of a business and how to get success in it, and partnering with minority owned small business so that they can give guidance about the business.
