I cant find any good source with the exact given information so my essay is to Explain the relationship between cellular respiration and muscle contractions. and to Explain the two reasons that muscles can get sore with eccentric exercise. and also In this project i need to research cellular respiration in muscles and the reasons muscles get sore after exercising, and Conduct research, using online or other resources, and write an essay, of at least 400 words, about cellular respiration, muscle contractions, and sore muscles. Explain the relationship between cellular respiration and muscle contractions. ?  Cellular respiration plays a key role in returning the muscles to normal after exercise, converting the excess pyruvate into ATP and regenerating the stores of ATP, phosphocreatine, and glycogen in the muscle that are required for more rapid contractions.

It is generally agreed that there are two prominent signs of damage in a muscle immediately after it has been subjected to a series of eccentric contractions. Anaerobic and aerobic are both instrumental in muscle contractions because they control physiological activities. Anaerobic is more fast paced exercising or weight lifting while Aerobic is more of a stamina type deal. It is more for longer duration of an exercise.

What is eccentric exercise?   An eccentric contraction is the motion of an active muscle while it is lengthening under load. Eccentric training is repetitively doing eccentric muscle contractions.

What are two causes of muscle soreness after eccentric exercise?  According to this "muscle damage" theory of DOMS, these ruptures are microscopic lesions at the Z-line of the muscle sarcomere. The soreness has been attributed to the increased tension force and muscle lengthening from eccentric exercise.
