Explanation: The pancreas secretes the pancreatic juice. Pancreatic juice is a watery alkaline fluid that contains the enzyme amylopsin, trypsinogen, and steapsin. Amylopsin is an amylase that acts on carbohydrates and converts them to simple sugars, steapsin is a lipase which acts on emulsified fats and converts them to fatty acids and glycerol. Trypsinogen is a protease which is inactive, and it is converted to its active form trypsin which then converts proteins into polypeptides.

the monocytes or macrophages of agranulocytes , dendritic cells which are accessory leucocytes, and b cells which is one type of lymphocytes   identify the antigens present on the pathogen's surface. these three cells are called antigen presenting cells(apc) which are phagocytes and destroy the antigens by secreting antitoxins. besides this leukocyte is always plays vital role in the immunity of the body.
