How do loon, heron, and kingfisher differ in methods by which they hunt for fish?

Loons shoot themselves under water using their feet to propel them and they can also flip turn if their prey has changed directions. Herons stand motionless in water and when a fish passes by they simply seize it by extending their long neck. Herons have also been known to use bait to lure fish. Kingfishers stay perched on a branch or hover over water and watch for food, when they spot it they dive down at a very fast rate and then submerge completely under water then emerge with their prey.
