The solutions to improve the economic standing of African American families would be the removal or racial discrimination in all forms and fields and equality. The advantages of these is that we open a new frontier of possibilities and potential with the addition of the African Americans. The disadvantage of these is that the process and the reaction of the racist and anti of these solutions. This would affect them by having equal treatment and removal of racial discrimination that is brand on them with other races.
