Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that whoever does not give up on these two traits, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink (i. e. Allah will not accept his fasting. What these two traits are?

2. 너는 자야지.

3. 재석는 앉어 있었다.

nutrients plays an impotent role in providing energy and stamina and power to our body.

carbohydrate

provide instant energy.( less energy )

fats

provide stored energy. ( very highe)

proteins

body building food.

vitamins

provide immunity to the body .

salads or fibre

clean digestive track.
