What is the best way to learn a language?

Ill say practice with parents and hear the words so you say them right how do i know this helps well i was born i germany but lost alot when came to usa then i sdid that same thing i told you and now i speak very good german

I'll say to use some apps such as Quizlet,Duolingo and Bissuu or you can search some sentences and it also gives the voice and defination and some other words you can use
