when it is good{ when a person is in the right} don't let anyone stop you or take from you if there in therng. when a person is wrong or in the wrong being stubborn is not a good thing.

Stubbornness is good when a close friend is hurt mentally by someone else and you know something isn't right, or their mood is gloomy. You can be stubborn by asking a few times since you know them well.

Stubbornness is bad when you want something from someone and they don't give you what you wanted from them. My personal tactic is to ask them two times after they said no, but if they really don't want to answer, the your best decision is to respect them. But in the process of asking them, you have to read their expressions. If they are really annoyed about you asking, then you shouldn't keep asking.
