The imperfect is used to talk about past actions, conditions, or events that occurred regularly or frequently or that were in progress in a moment in the past.The simple present. So the answers are as follows:

(1) Fuimos

From the first Table bellow, you can see that the conjugation of the irregular verb ir, in the preterite tense, that matches the first person plural is fuimos.

(2) Fue

In this case, fue is the conjugation of the verb ir for the third person singular in the preterite tense as indicated in the first Table bellow.

(3) Fue

It is also used the same conjugation as in the item (2)

(4) Fuimos

As Clara y yo can be replaced by the subject pronoun ellas (third person plural), the matching conjugation of the verb ir is also fuimos.
