Gabriel García Márquez, mejor conocido como "Gabo" fue un gran escritor de origen colombiano, nació el 06 de marzo de 1927 en la provincia de Aracataca (Colombia) y falleció en la Ciudad de México el 17 de abril de 2014.

Su máxima obra, a mi juicio, fue "Cien años de soledad", (publicada en Buenos Aires, Argentina en 1967), en la que refleja, de manera novelada, una parte de la historia oscura de Colombia.

Su trabajo literario le valió para ser honrado con el "Premio Nobel de Literatura" en el año 1982, e incluso se permitió rechazar en dos ocasiones el afamado "Premio Cervantes".

Durante mucho tiempo, desde 1981 y hasta su muerte en 2014) vivió en la Ciudad México en calidad de asilado político debido a que fue acusado, sin pruebas, por una fuente noticiosa, de ser partidario de un movimiento guerrillero - revolucionario colombiano lo cual puso en riesgo su vida.

Algunas otras obras reconocidas de este gran escritor son: "El coronel no tiene quién le escriba"; "Relato de un náufrago"; "La hojarasca":; "Crónica de una muerte anunciada"; "El amor en los tiempos del cólera"; "Los funerales de la mamá grande".

   2.  Diego Armando Maradona:

Diego Armando Maradona fue un gran futbolista de origen argentino, nació el Lanús, Argentina el 30 de octubre de 1960 y falleció recientemente el 25 de noviembre pasado.

Diego fue catalogado como el "D10S" del futbol (el número 10, posición de un centro delantero en el soccer, en un juego de letras con la palabra dios)

En el mundial de futbol de México en 1986 hubo dos destellos de la personalidad futbolística de Diego y ambos ocurrieron durante el partido contra Inglaterra (Estadio Azteca, Ciudad de México, 22 de junio de 1986), uno fue su conducción de balón que lo llevo a una anotación de antología y otro fue una jugada ilegal en la que él metió la mano para anotar un gol y que le fue validada como gol.

Diego es considerado el mejor jugador de futbol de "todos los tiempos" en el mundo, aún por encima, incluso, del gran "Rey Pelé"

Maradona fue Campeón mundial con Argentina en el mundial de futbol en México 1986 y múltiples campeonatos en Argentina y en Europa.
