It is very important to have physical activity even though we are facing this pandemic because we need to have good health. It is more important now than ever to do this because we may let our guard down and start getting sick either physically, emotionally or even mentally. Many want to get out of the house because of so much frustration, but we have to be careful because, people go out and can get that horrible virus.

Spanish:

Es muy importante tener actividad fisica mientras pasamos por esta pandemia porque nececitamos tener buena sauld. Es mas importante hoy que nunca hacer esto porque si bajamos la guardia nos podremos enfermar fisicamente, emotionalmente o hasta mentalmente. Muchos quieren salir de sus casas por desesperacion, pero debemos tener cuidado de eso porque se pueden contajiar mas rapido de ese horible virus.
