Irregular verbs are the ones whose past and past participle form are:
the same, example cut, cut, cut
similar: example: buy, bought, bought
different: example: go, went, gone.

The past participles forms of verbs are formed adding the suffix -ed to the original form (in the case of regular verbs, in the irregular verbs you have to check one by one)
Example: play, played, played.
