La gente nacida en Italia son Italianos; los de Holanda son Holandeses; los de Francia son Franceses; los de Australia son Australianos; los de Brasil son Brasileños.

2. Explain in English, the rule of using a capital letter with nationalities.

No matter where the nationality is placed in the sentences, it always has to be written, in the beginning, with a capital letter, it is mandatory. Unlike English, in Spanish we do not capitalize on the first letter of nationalities.
