1. Presente: It expresses that the actions are happening right now: Yo canto

2. Pasado: It expresses that the actions already finished: Yo canté

3. Futuro: It expresses that the actions will occur: Yo cantaré

4. Copretérito: It expresses an action occurred in the past while it was happening: Yo cantaba

5. Pospretérito: It expresses a hypothetical action in present or future: Yo cantaría.
