part 2—listening comprehension
you will hear a story in spanish. it’s rather lengthy. as you listen to the story, take notes on scrap paper. listen a second time, and as you listen, make your notes more complete. in english, summarize the story in a composition of between ten and twenty sentences.

Rewrite each sentence in spanish replacing the capitalized word with an indirect object pronoun.? keep in mind that your pronoun will go right before the verb ejemplo: juan compra rosas para su novia.➙juan le compra rosas. Fill the blank with a la, a las, a los, or al. la profesora va escuela.

It’s almost lunchtime and an exchange student from paraguay is asking for directions to the cafeteria. give them directions (using the phrases you learned in the tutorial) from your spanish class to the cafeteria. make sure that you include at least 4 commands that you learned in this unit, and if you need to, be creative with the route they will take (we won’t call your principal to verify). remember, the main goal is to practice directions vocabulary!
