i need one complete sentence in spanish that explains at what time a first period class starts in spain, using the 12-hour clock, and one using the 24 hour clock

A quick disclaimer on 24 hr time :) this is how to tell easily or convert it easily:

12 hr system

1 am - 12 pm -> 1pm - 12 am

24 hr System

0 (am) - 11 (pm) -> 23 pm

Basically, just continue to add hours from 11 pm until you reach 23. From which point you must go back to 0.
