Research a traditional recipe from a spanish-speaking country. you may consider looking up mole, tamales, plátanos fritos, posole, empanadas or other recipes. under the supervision of an adult, try preparing your recipe and see how you like it. then, in spanish, record yourself saying the ingredients you needed and then describe step by step how to make the recipe. finally, explain if you liked the food. give reasons as to why you liked it or not. feel free to use a dictionary to look up any words you might not already know. you will be graded on (1) appropriateness of your response, (2) use of spanish, and (3) overall quality of your response
