All these verbs have been conjugated in the simple present. Recall that this tense  is used to talk about habitual actions or routines. This tense is also used to describe things that happens now or in the near future. In this case, it is being used to describe what two people do everyday in overall. All the conjugations of these verbs are given for the first-person singular (yo - I)

Dirijo is the conjugation of the irregular verb dirigir. In English, this verb translates into to manage in this context.  Keep in mind that the conjugations of irregular verbs need to be memorized. There is no any rule for this type of verbs.
